Disclosure: While anyone can legally "rent" this item, this item does qualify as a Mobile Elevating Work Platform ("MEWP") and whomever rents it shall be solely resonsible for ensuring any and all operators and occupants meet all OSHA/ANSI regulatory requirements/certifications for operating a MEWP. They need to be certified. Also, proper PPE needs to be worn per OSHA/ANSI. We do not get you certified nor do we provide PPE such as harnesses, fall arrest systems, or fall restraint systems. This is the all the responsibility of the renter.
(1 Day = 7am-5pm, no more than 10 machine hours; 1 Week = 7am on the day out, due back 5pm on the 7th day, no more than 50 machine hours; 1 Month = 7am on the day out, due back 5pm on the 28th day, no more than 250 machine hours; any machine hours used over these limitations will be charged to the customer at a rate of $100 per machine hour, rounded up to the nearest whole hour.)
